Accounts Executive

Description

As an Accounts Executive, you will be instrumental in supporting the daily accounting functions and group/statutory reporting for 2-3 entities. We are looking for a dynamic and technically proficient individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities and Duties

* Communication: Actively listens, clearly shares information, and communicates effectively in both oral and written formats. * Collaboration: A team player capable of working seamlessly with colleagues across departments as well as with external stakeholders. * Problem-Solving: Skilled in identifying issues, communicating them clearly, and resolving them efficiently and effectively. * Attention to Detail: Highly meticulous in accurately recording accounting entries, ensuring completeness and precision in financial reports, with a strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and statutory compliance. * Financial Analysis: Able to interpret and analyze financial data, providing clear explanations and communicating key insights to relevant stakeholders. * Personal Effectiveness: Demonstrates excellent time management and organizational skills, efficiently handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines. Adaptable to changing priorities and capable of managing high volumes of work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum Education: Diploma in Accounting or a related field. * Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance. * Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. * Preferred Experience: Familiarity with the Microsoft Dynamics accounting system is a plus. * Relevant Background: Experience in an outsourced accounting services company or handling group finance for multiple entities in sectors such as advertising, consultancy, or services within an MNC is highly advantageous.
