Head Chef

Description

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Culinary Team Member to support our kitchen operations. You’ll assist with food preparation, uphold sanitation standards, and contribute to a positive and efficient working environment.

Responsibilities and Duties

*Properly store and dispose of food in accordance with safety regulations *Ensure strict compliance with health and sanitation standards *Assist the culinary team in preparing, garnishing, and plating dishes according to recipes *Support training of new kitchen staff team members *Help maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas *Understand kitchen scheduling and help with food inventory management

Qualifications and Requirements

*Valid food handling certifications (as applicable) *Familiarity with kitchen equipment, utensils, and food prep techniques *Experience in cooking and plating meals (Chef, Cook, Sous Chef, or Dietary Aide roles preferred) *Willingness to work full shifts, arrive on time, and work overtime when necessary *Strong communication and teamwork skills *Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive, respectful attitude *Proven reliability and integrity in prior roles *Compassionate demeanor and ability to maintain excellent guest and team relationships *Quick learner, flexible, and dedicated to continuous improvement
