We are looking for a Head Chef to oversee daily kitchen operations and lead the culinary team in Tai Seng. The role includes supervising staff, creating innovative menus, maintaining food safety, and managing suppliers. Responsibilities and Duties

* Interview, hire, and train kitchen staff * Plan and supervise food preparation tasks across the team * Take responsibility for food health and safety standards * Design menus and ensure dishes are fresh, well-presented, and innovative * Develop recipes and oversee plating and presentation * Order and manage inventory of food and supplies * Liaise with suppliers to ensure quality and accurate pricing * Ensure kitchen equipment and work areas are maintained and spotless * Stay updated on culinary trends and incorporate them into menus * Comply with health and safety regulations and audits

Qualifications and Requirements

* Diploma or higher in culinary arts or equivalent training * At least 2 years of experience as a Head Chef or in a similar leadership role * Strong knowledge of culinary trends and creative menu development * Proven ability to create unique and high-quality dishes * Strong multitasking skills and ability to perform under pressure * Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
