Description

Assist Sous Chefs with daily kitchen operations including preparing pizzas, pasta, sauces, gelato, sorbets, and Italian cold cuts.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, temperature, and preparation of all food served. - Prepare mise-en-place for kitchen operations. - Maintain and upkeep kitchen machinery and equipment. - Facilitate ordering and receiving of inventory. - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during food preparation.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Valid Food Hygiene Certificate (minimum Level 1). - Good understanding of preparation and storage of ingredients. - Excellent attitude towards learning; open to aspiring chefs with little to no experience in Italian cuisine. - Responsible and takes pride in work.
