We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to take ownership of the daily operations of our restaurant. As a key leader, you will be instrumental in driving profitability, nurturing a high-performing team, upholding exceptional service standards, and effectively implementing promotional activities. Your focus will be on creating a thriving environment for both our guests and our staff.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Take full responsibility for the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant during your shifts. * Drive the profitability of the outlet through effective management of staff, product quality, customer service, and promotional execution. * Lead and inspire the team to achieve sales goals and consistently exceed customer expectations. * Develop and maintain the highest standards of service quality in all aspects of the guest experience. * Ensure all operational costs are managed effectively and efficiently. * Take ownership of staff recruitment, development, and retention within the outlet, implementing strategies to foster a stable and motivated workforce. * Conduct engaging pre-service meetings with staff to ensure clear communication and preparedness. * Regularly evaluate operational procedures and suggest innovative improvements. * Enforce strict adherence to hygiene regulations and maintain impeccable restaurant cleanliness and hygiene standards. * Ensure the timely and accurate submission of all required reports and schedules to the Operations Manager and headquarters. * Attend all scheduled meetings and training programs. * Provide valuable feedback and recommendations regarding staff schedules, attendance, punctuality, customer feedback, and any notable incidents or innovative ideas. * Oversee the reservation system and table assignments to optimize seating while accommodating customer preferences. * Willingness to undertake overseas postings or attachments if required.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Proven experience in a leadership role within the food and beverage industry, demonstrating a strong understanding of restaurant operations. * A track record of successfully driving profitability and managing costs within a restaurant environment. * Exceptional leadership and motivational skills with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team. * A strong commitment to delivering and maintaining the highest standards of customer service and quality. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff, customers, and management. * Solid organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * A thorough understanding of and commitment to enforcing hygiene and safety regulations within a food service establishment. * Ability to analyze operational procedures and identify opportunities for improvement. * Proficiency in basic administrative tasks, including report generation and scheduling. * A proactive and solution-oriented approach to challenges and opportunities. * Flexibility and adaptability, including a willingness to undertake overseas postings or attachments if necessary. * A strong sense of ownership and accountability for the overall success of the restaurant during your shifts.
