* Support executive-level culinary leaders in managing kitchen operations across outlets * Ensure top-quality standards and consistency in noodle and congee dishes * Uphold strict hygiene and food safety standards * Supervise, train, and develop kitchen staff * Troubleshoot production and operational issues * Collaborate with central kitchen teams to maintain smooth operations

Qualifications and Requirements

* 8 to 10 years of experience in noodle and congee preparation within traditional cuisine * Strong culinary expertise and attention to detail * Leadership and supervisory experience * Positive, team-oriented attitude * Passion for innovation and maintaining quality standards
