Responsibilities and Duties

- Take drink and food orders; ensure timely serving to customers - Manage phone reservations from customers - Attend to customers’ queries and deliver quality guest service - Maintain knowledge of dishes served and provide recommendations when requested - Gather customer feedback for service and product improvement - Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth and efficient operations - Ensure cleanliness and hygiene meet company standards - Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager

Qualifications and Requirements

- No prior experience required (basic food preparation knowledge is an advantage) - Able to commit to shifts, weekends, and public holidays - Fluent in English and Chinese - Service-oriented, team player with a positive attitude
