Responsibilities and Duties

- Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation. - Operate kitchen equipment safely and follow proper usage procedures. - Keep the workstation clean and organized at all times. - Comply with health, hygiene, and sanitation regulations. - Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations. - Perform additional ad hoc duties as required by management.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Certificate in Culinary Skills or equivalent qualification. - Minimum 1 year of experience in western cuisine preparation. - Able to work weekends and public holidays. - Knowledge of safe food handling and kitchen hygiene practices. - Good teamwork attitude and willingness to learn.
