Responsibilities and Duties
* Objective Setting: Clearly define and communicate daily, weekly, and monthly objectives to team members, ensuring alignment with overall production goals. * Workflow Management: Organize and assign responsibilities, prepare work schedules, and oversee the smooth flow of operations. * Team Leadership & Coaching: Supervise, guide, and coach employees to maximize productivity and maintain high performance standards. * Efficiency Improvement: Identify and analyze inefficiencies in production processes, proposing and implementing effective improvements. * Compliance & Safety: Strictly enforce all safety guidelines and company standards, ensuring a safe and compliant working environment. * Problem-Solving: Proactively address operational challenges and develop solutions to maintain seamless production.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Proven experience as a Supervisor or in a similar leadership role, preferably within a manufacturing or production environment, with at least 5 years of relevant experience. * Strong organizational and leadership abilities to manage teams and workflows effectively. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for clear objective setting and team coaching. * A self-motivated individual with a results-driven approach to achieving targets and continuous improvement. * Proficient problem-solving skills to address operational challenges efficiently. * Ability to work in a dynamic environment, which may involve periods of standing. * Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays as required by operational demands.
