As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for driving profitability, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing daily operations, and leading a high-performing team. Responsibilities and Duties

* Oversee the restaurant's overall performance and ensure smooth daily operations. * Monitor income and expenses to maximize profitability. * Manage cost and quality controls effectively. * Forecast and order daily required supplies. * Prepare and submit all necessary reports, including sales, food cost, and labor cost reports, in a timely manner. * Manage equipment maintenance to ensure proper functionality. * Manage and enhance the customer experience. * Ensure and maintain high standards of service quality and professional etiquette. * Manage and address customer feedback effectively. * Recruit and train new team members. * Oversee the overall performance of the team. * Develop and motivate team members through training and skill development. * Conduct regular staff performance assessments. * Ensure all employees adhere to company quality and service standards. * Lead the team in implementing operational improvements. * Ensure compliance with all food and beverage hygiene policies and procedures. * Monitor food and beverage preparation to ensure quality. * Ensure consistent quality control for both food and service.

Qualifications and Requirements

* A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in food and beverage restaurants. * Willingness to be actively involved in day-to-day operations. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. * Strong leadership qualities. * Ability to work shift hours, including weekends and holidays.
