Description

We are hiring a Sous Chef to join a casual bistro in the Mount Sophia area. The role involves preparing ingredients, cooking dishes, supporting daily kitchen operations, and ensuring food hygiene standards are maintained. EA License Number: 22C1267 EA Personnel: R22110252

Responsibilities and Duties

* Prepare ingredients, cook food, and clean up after service * Support Head Chef and team in daily kitchen operations * Follow safe food handling and hygiene practices * Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by Head Chef

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum 3 years of relevant kitchen experience * High standards of personal hygiene * Strong teamwork and communication skills * Positive and reliable work attitude
