MARKETING MANAGER

Description

This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the marketing function, from strategy development and implementation to budget management and team leadership. The Marketing Manager will work to enhance brand awareness, increase market share, generate leads, and ensure alignment with other key departments within the organization.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Assess and refine marketing and pricing strategies to maximize effectiveness. * Analyze market trends and develop accurate forecasts. * Generate new business leads to drive revenue growth. * Enhance brand awareness and expand market share. * Coordinate marketing strategies with the sales, finance, public relations, and production departments to ensure cohesive efforts. * Develop and manage the marketing department's budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. * Oversee branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns across various channels. * Manage and supervise the marketing team, providing guidance and support. * Prepare and present quarterly and annual performance reports to senior management. * Represent the brand at industry trade shows and major events. * Stay informed about current marketing strategies and emerging trends.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. * A Master's degree in a relevant field is a plus. * At least two years of experience in a Marketing Manager role. * Proficiency in marketing automation software. * Comprehensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding principles. * Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. * Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Strong time management and organizational skills.
