Responsibilities and Duties
* Staff Management: Oversee all staff-related tasks, including hiring, training, scheduling, performance reviews, and conflict resolution. * Customer Service: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by monitoring service quality and professionally handling complaints. * Financial Management: Manage budgets, track sales and expenses, control inventory, and implement cost-saving measures to increase profitability. * Menu & Food Quality: Collaborate with kitchen staff on menu updates, and ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and adherence to hygiene standards. * Marketing & Promotions: Develop and implement marketing strategies, run promotional campaigns, and manage the restaurant's online presence. * Operational Oversight: Ensure the restaurant is clean and organized, manage reservations, and optimize guest flow. Handle technology systems like POS and reservation software. * Vendor & Compliance: Establish relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and adhere to all local health, safety, and labor regulations.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management or general work role within the F&B industry. * Proven leadership and communication skills, with a focus on problem-solving and team motivation. * Strong financial acumen, including experience with budgeting and financial reporting. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities. * Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.
