RESTAURANT MANAGER

Description

We are seeking a dynamic and collaborative individual with excellent leadership abilities to join our team. This role involves active participation in crafting and maintaining our beverage menu, along with overseeing bar inventory and ensuring efficient operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with management on various aspects, from supply procurement to team management, and will be instrumental in upholding our brand's standards for drink preparation and quality. A proactive approach to guest relations and a commitment to staff development are also key components of this position.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, demonstrating strong interpersonal and team management skills. * Play a key role in the development of drink menus and maintain accurate and up-to-date costing for all beverages served. * Manage the organization of bar stock and ingredients, ensuring all products are correctly dated and arranged to maintain optimal quality. * Collaborate closely with company management on supply ordering, cost control, operational efficiency, and staffing needs. * Ensure that all drink preparation and presentation by the team strictly adhere to recipes and standard operating procedures, meeting the brand's visual and quality standards. * Proactively address and resolve any issues or complaints raised by guests. * Train new team members on bar procedures and standards, actively coaching and mentoring staff to support their professional growth. * Ensure proper procedures for purchasing, receiving, and storing bar supplies are followed. Maintain high standards for the intake, storage, production, and presentation of all beverages. * Uphold proper grooming and hygiene standards for all service personnel. * Ensure all bar equipment is well-maintained and in proper working order according to relevant standards, promptly reporting any malfunctions to the management team. * Support the company's expansion initiatives.
