Responsibilities and Duties

- Cook traditional Chinese dishes according to company SOP - Ensure great presentation by plating and dressing dishes before serving - Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene at all times - Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and health standards - Store food and ingredients properly to prevent spoilage - Check ingredient quality regularly - Monitor stock levels and place orders when necessary - Support junior staff and trainees through on-the-job training - Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager or Supervisor - Work collaboratively as part of a team

Qualifications and Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of professional culinary experience - Knowledge of safety and hygiene measures - Preferably completed Food & Hygiene Course (company will sponsor if not completed) - Ability to follow SOPs and company rules - Strong teamwork and communication skills
