Marketing Manager

Description

This role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives. This includes budget management, market research, campaign development and analysis, team leadership, and collaboration with external partners. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of marketing principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive results through data-driven strategies.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Formulate and implement marketing strategies and plans that support the organization's overall business goals. * Manage and oversee the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and efficiently. * Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, understand customer needs, and analyze competitive landscapes. * Lead the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and traditional advertising methods. * Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, utilizing relevant metrics to refine strategies and maximize return on investment (ROI). * Lead, manage, and mentor the marketing team, providing guidance and opportunities for professional growth. * Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as required to support marketing initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. * Demonstrable experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar leadership role. * Solid understanding of digital marketing, social media strategies, and web analytics. * Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and leadership skills. * Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing solutions. * Strong analytical and project management skills. * Knowledge of current marketing trends, best practices, and measurement techniques. * Proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese. * Experience in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) clinic management is highly advantageous.
