Human Resource Executive

Description

This role encompasses a blend of recruitment, operational support, and general HR administration duties. The individual will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, assisting with workforce deployment and attendance tracking, and providing general HR support.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Coordinate with the operations department regarding manpower needs and requisitions. * Plan and organize recruitment drives. * Manage all aspects of recruitment, including placing job advertisements, handling walk-in applicants, and scheduling interviews across various locations (on-site, off-site, and in the office). * Manage the complete hiring process from initial contact to offer acceptance. * Liaise with external agencies, community organizations, and employment support centers to source potential candidates. * Conduct recruitment activities at external locations. * Monitor the attendance and deployment of temporary or relief workers. * Assist in deploying relief workers to appropriate assignments. * Record and compile attendance data for relief workers. * Participate in discussions regarding workforce allocation for new projects. * Provide support with general HR administrative tasks and paperwork. * Respond to inquiries and provide clarification on HR-related matters.

Qualifications and Requirements

* At least two years of work experience in the cleaning industry. * Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with staff at all levels. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Ability to multitask and possess strong office administration skills.
