Responsibilities and Duties

* Assist the chef with food preparation and use of kitchen utensils and equipment * Support the chef in monitoring food stock and checking ingredient freshness * Discard expired items and ensure proper food storage * Perform dishwashing and general cleaning of the kitchen * Comply with food safety and hygiene regulations at all times

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment preferred * Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards * Strong teamwork and attention to detail * Positive attitude and willingness to support daily kitchen operations
