F&B Operations Manager

Responsibilities and Duties

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with external suppliers to ensure quality and reliability * Monitor and manage stock levels across multiple outlets in coordination with the operations team * Ensure strict compliance with all hygiene,safety,and industry regulations * Review and maintain product quality standards to meet customer expectations * Oversee budget planning,financial management,and purchasing activities * Implement new ideas,menu specifications,and process improvements in collaboration with the culinary and service teams * Provide leadership,coaching,and continuous feedback to operational staff * Foster an open and supportive work environment that promotes trust and accountability * Ensure consistent communication with stakeholders and alignment with business objectives * Perform other duties as assigned by senior management

Qualifications and Requirements

* Diploma or Degree in Business Management,Hospitality,or related field * Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B operations management * Strong knowledge of safety,hygiene,and food industry standards * Proven ability to manage budgets,purchasing,and supplier negotiations * Excellent leadership,communication,and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities * Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment * Willing to work flexible hours,including weekends and public holidays
