We are hiring Senior Cooks, Assistant Chefs, Kitchen Helpers, and Service Crew for Japanese dining outlets located islandwide. Candidates will have the opportunity to work in various roles within the kitchen and service teams, gaining experience in food preparation, customer service, and Japanese culinary operations. Responsibilities and Duties

* Prepare and cook a wide range of Japanese dishes with precision and presentation standards * Assist chefs with food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and cooking simple dishes * Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety compliance in the kitchen * Support inventory management and proper storage of ingredients * Greet and assist customers with orders and serve food and drinks in a professional manner * Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications and Requirements

* Passion for Japanese cuisine and willingness to learn * Minimum 2–3 years of experience preferred for Senior Cook / Assistant Chef * Entry-level candidates welcome for Kitchen Helper and Service Crew roles (training provided) * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with good teamwork and communication skills * Strong sense of hygiene, safety, and professional conduct
