Responsibilities and Duties

- Oversee entire kitchen operations, from food preparation to service - Lead and manage kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance - Ensure all dishes, especially steak, pasta, and burgers, are consistently prepared to high standards - Create and improve recipes to ensure taste, presentation, and portion consistency - Streamline workflow for improved efficiency without compromising quality - Manage inventory, ordering, and food costs while minimizing wastage - Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards in compliance with regulations - Collaborate with management on seasonal menus, specials, and promotions - Monitor customer feedback and adapt to improve quality and service

Qualifications and Requirements

- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Chef in a restaurant environment - Strong background in Western cuisine, particularly steak, pasta, and burgers - Excellent leadership and communication skills - Effective time management and ability to handle pressure in fast-paced settings - Creative mindset with ability to innovate and adapt recipes - Solid understanding of food safety and kitchen operations - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays - Ability to design and implement improved workflow processes
