The Product Marketing Manager will lead the hotel’s strategic repositioning to enhance its market presence, guest experience, and brand reputation. Key responsibilities include reshaping brand perception, attracting diverse audiences, and continuously improving the guest journey by leveraging market insights, competitive data, and guest feedback. Initially hands-on, this role involves managing campaigns, content, and strategy execution until a small team is established. The ideal candidate is an innovative hospitality marketing professional with a strong focus on guest experience and strategic vision, working closely with the General Manager, sales, and F&B teams to ensure cohesive branding across all channels.

Responsibilities and Duties

Market Analysis & Positioning: Conduct market research to understand trends, competitors, and guest preferences. Develop a repositioning strategy that differentiates the hotel, focusing on targeted audience segments with tailored messaging. Brand Development & Guest Experience: Work with internal teams to craft a brand narrative reflecting the hotel’s heritage and guest experience philosophy. Collaborate with operations, F&B, and guest services to enhance the guest journey in line with brand goals, using guest feedback to improve satisfaction and loyalty. Campaign Management & Execution: Plan and manage brand-aligned campaigns across channels to drive engagement and bookings. Collaborate with sales to develop promotions targeting off-peak periods and specific segments. Content Creation & Storytelling: Create content showcasing the hotel experience, managing visuals with designers and photographers. Maintain a seasonal editorial calendar aligned with market trends. Team Development & Channel Ownership: Build a small marketing team, gradually managing in-house channels like website and digital marketing. Establish workflows for consistency and agility in brand communications. Performance Analysis & Optimization: Monitor and optimize campaign performance, refining strategies to improve revenue, brand equity, and guest retention through competitive benchmarking and performance metrics.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). * Over 5 years of experience in product marketing, brand management, or marketing, ideally within the hospitality or related industries. * Deep knowledge of market positioning, brand strategy, and consumer behavior. * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create engaging stories and brand messages. * Practical experience in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management. * Strong analytical skills to interpret market and performance data for impactful results.
