The Event Planning Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the planning and execution of events and functions at the hotel. This role involves collaborating with clients to understand their needs, coordinating logistics, and ensuring that all aspects of events run smoothly. The Assistant Manager works closely with the Event Planning Manager to develop innovative event concepts and maintain high service standards, while also managing a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities and Duties

* At least 3 years of recent experience in event planning within the hotel or events industry. * Proficient in MS Office and Outlook; familiarity with CRM systems such as Opera or Delphi is a plus. * Strong attention to detail, a creative problem-solving mindset, effective time management skills, and adaptable interpersonal abilities. * A degree in Hospitality or Tourism Management is preferred.
