The Marketing Manager is responsible for driving the creation, communication, delivery, and exchange of value-driven offerings to customers, clients, partners, and other key stakeholders essential to achieving the company’s business objectives. Utilizing marketing strategies along with market research and analysis, this role plays a pivotal role in shaping marketing strategies and plans. The Marketing Manager plans and executes a variety of initiatives, including product and service launches, advertising campaigns, email marketing, events, and social media efforts. This role also supervises the production of all promotional materials and marketing campaigns to ensure alignment with overall goals.
Responsibilities and Duties
* Develops and proposes marketing and communication strategies (online and offline) aligned with the company’s corporate objectives. * Delivers accurate, professional, and timely content in line with approved marketing strategies. * Analyzes the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and refines strategies based on data insights. * Hires, trains, and leads marketing staff. * Sets marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts. * Oversees current offerings and develops initiatives for new products or services. * Conducts market research, analyzing trends, demographics, pricing, competitors, and other relevant data to inform marketing strategies. * Collaborates with the marketing team to develop detailed plans for all media channels and sales teams. * Oversees the creation of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and marketing-related projects. * Works with media buyers, advertising agencies, and external partners to ensure successful execution of marketing projects. * Represents the marketing department in key client meetings and provides detailed information to clients. * Develops cost-effective marketing plans within the departmental budget. * Tracks marketing and sales data, creating reports and presentations for senior management. * Adjusts campaigns and strategies based on feedback and performance data. * Builds relationships with external content providers, publishers, and media channels for publicity and promotional activities. * Assesses material quotations and invoices, recommending optimal pricing and quality to higher management. * Establishes and maintains relationships with partners, affiliates, government agencies, the press, and other PR stakeholders. * Supports senior management with various projects and assignments
Qualifications and Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline * Expertise in media channels and managing client relationships * Strong creativity, adaptability, research, analytical, writing, public speaking, and interpersonal communication skills * Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on people management and attention to detail * Proficient in marketing budgeting and organizational planning * Strong copywriting capabilities * Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Mac, and Windows OS * Skilled in multi-tasking and managing multiple projects simultaneously
