Responsibilities and Duties

* Assist with various tasks in the kitchen, including food preparation. * Prepare and set up equipment necessary for the cooking process. * Accurately weigh, measure, and mix ingredients according to provided recipes. * Maintain a high standard of food preparation and service within the kitchen, adhering to required quality benchmarks. * Ensure accurate and consistent cooking techniques and food presentation. * Keep all kitchen areas clean, tidy, and well-organized. * Adhere to all food and beverage safety and hygiene policies and practices. * Contribute to cost control efforts and minimize food waste.

Qualifications and Requirements

* GCE N Level certification or equivalent. * 1-3 years of relevant experience in a similar kitchen role.
