Marketing Executive

Description

As a Marketing Executive, your main responsibility will be to strengthen our brand presence in the industry. Success in this role will be measured by identifying new market opportunities, optimizing marketing campaigns, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and impactful brand messaging.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Collaborate with the creative team to ideate, plan, and execute marketing campaigns. * Write copy for all marketing materials, both online and offline. * Develop and schedule content across all channels in line with brand guidelines and content strategy. * Strategize, monitor, and manage digital assets to enhance brand awareness and improve customer experience. * Maintain and expand brand partnerships and influencer collaborations. * Analyze weekly marketing performance and social media metrics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. * Manage through-the-line activities, including print ads, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.), web updates, and monthly/contracted email marketing. * Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum of a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Marketing, Advertising/Media, or a related field. * At least 1 year of relevant work experience. * Strong copywriting and communication skills. * Essential knowledge and experience in social media management. * Enjoys brainstorming and developing ideas from concept to execution. * Keeps up to date with the latest digital and social media trends. * Highly strategic thinker (proficiency in Google Analytics is a plus). * Well-organized and receptive to new ideas. * Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with strong project and time-management skills, minimal supervision. * Ability to create simple graphics (such as aesthetic FB/IG stories) and a good eye for design is advantageous.
