Italian Cuisine Restaurant Supervisor (Service Captain)

Description

We are looking for a Service Captain to join an established Italian cuisine restaurant. You will lead daily service operations, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth dining experiences. EA License Number: 22C1267 EA Personnel: R22110252

Responsibilities and Duties

* Greet and seat customers at their tables * Take orders and ensure food and drinks are served promptly and professionally * Proactively attend to customer requests and feedback * Support restaurant operations and assist the team as needed * Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by management

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum 1 year of F&B working experience, preferably in a restaurant setting * Food hygiene certification preferred * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Service-oriented with attention to detail * Able to work 5.5 days per week (roster-based, including weekends and public holidays)
