Description
We are looking for an HR & Admin Executive to assist the HR Manager in managing the full spectrum of HR and administrative duties to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities include supporting payroll tasks, handling CCPs, e2i Grants, and other recruitment-related grants. The role involves assisting in recruitment, managing foreign employees' work pass administration, and handling HR duties throughout the employee lifecycle. The HR & Admin Executive will collaborate with Heads of Departments on staffing and HR matters, maintain accurate employee records, provide guidance on HR-related inquiries, and support company events. Additional ad-hoc duties may be assigned as needed.
Responsibilities and Duties
Assist HR Manager in overseeing HR and Administrative Department, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Support payroll-related tasks, including preparation, verification, and addressing inquiries. Manage CCPs, e2i Grants, Place and Train, and other relevant recruitment support programs. Assist in the recruitment process: job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, onboarding, and logistics (e.g., laptop issuance). Oversee foreign employee work pass administration (applications, renewals, cancellations, and issuance), ensuring compliance. Handle daily HR duties throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. Collaborate with Heads of Departments on staffing plans, resignation processes, employee confirmations, and other HR matters. Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring proper database management and filing. Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related inquiries. Assist in organizing company activities, including team bonding, staff gatherings, and annual events. Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned to support HR and administrative functions.
Qualifications and Requirements
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle confidential information effectively. Diploma/Degree in HR, Business Management, or a related field. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources. Ability to comply with HR policies and procedures. Excellent negotiation and organizational abilities. Experience managing high volumes of onboarding processes. Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with local regulations, including the Employment Act. Driven, with a positive and proactive attitude. HR background is preferred.
