Responsibilities and Duties

* Build and maintain relationships with external suppliers to secure reliable service and product quality * Collaborate with Manager to ensure correct stock levels at all food stalls or outlets * Enforce strict compliance with hygiene and safety legislation and industry standards * Conduct regular product range reviews to uphold quality standards * Manage and meet all committed budgets while controlling costs * Act as purchasing officer and budget controller, fostering professional supplier relationships * Assist in planning and implementing new menu ideas and specifications with the F&B team * Provide consistent leadership, counselling, advice, and feedback to peers * Create a workplace environment of trust, openness, and continuous performance coaching

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum 5 years of F&B management or operations experience * Strong supplier and inventory management skills * Proven track record in budgeting and cost control * In-depth knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations * Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills * Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
