Responsibilities and Duties

* Deliver warm, genuine service to ensure an excellent guest experience * Take, prepare, and serve food and beverage orders * Operate cash register and handle cashiering transactions * Ensure product items are well stocked and display counters remain attractive and clean * Maintain cleanliness of workstations and follow all health and sanitation regulations * Support daily operations, including opening and closing procedures * Perform other ad-hoc duties as required

Qualifications and Requirements

* Minimum 1 year of working experience in F&B (cafes, restaurants, or similar capacity preferred) * Able to work weekends and public holidays * Strong interpersonal and communication skills * Service-oriented mindset with attention to detail

Working Condition

Working hours

5.5 days per week, 44 hours weekly. Rotating shifts between 7am and 10pm. Includes weekends and public holidays.
