We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to take charge of the overall operations of a dynamic dining establishment. In this role, you'll oversee the daily functions of the restaurant, ensure outstanding customer service, manage staff performance, and drive profitability. Responsibilities and Duties

*Oversee the day-to-day functions of the restaurant to ensure seamless and efficient operations. *Provide exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high service standards and promptly addressing customer concerns. *Review food and beverage quality regularly and explore new supplier options to ensure top-notch offerings. *Supervise staff scheduling, attendance, and shift coverage to match operational needs. *Lead staff evaluations, offer constructive feedback, and support professional growth. *Forecast and manage inventory needs for supplies, utensils, and kitchen equipment. *Maintain strict adherence to health, hygiene, and safety regulations at all times. *Enhance the restaurant's public image and recommend improvements for service and presentation. *Analyze financial data to manage expenses, reduce unnecessary spending, and improve overall cost-efficiency. *Prepare accurate financial summaries, including weekly, monthly, and yearly performance reports. *Boost the restaurant’s presence through local community involvement and event participation. *Suggest marketing strategies to expand customer reach and grow brand recognition. *Train new hires and continuously mentor current employees on excellent service delivery and operational procedures. *Develop and enforce operational policies and procedures to support long-term growth and sustainability. *Understand and support catering processes, including planning and execution. *Be available for early shifts or irregular working hours as operational demands arise.

Qualifications and Requirements

*Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management, ideally with hands-on operational exposure. *Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. *Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. *A customer-first mindset with strong conflict resolution skills. *Familiarity with budgeting, cost control, and inventory management. *Knowledge of food safety laws, sanitation protocols, and workplace safety standards. *Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and outside regular hours when needed. *Ability to adapt quickly to changes and think on your feet.
