Responsibilities and Duties

* Assist with the daily running of the kitchen operations. * Work collaboratively and effectively with all colleagues. * Prepare food items, including portioning, cutting, and packing, to get ready for service. * Perform basic cooking tasks as needed. * Be able to lift and carry heavy items. * Organize and manage stock and deliveries. * Perform basic cleaning tasks to tidy up the kitchen after service. * Wash dishes using a dishwasher.

* Ability to communicate in at least basic English. * Must be able to start immediately.
