Responsibilities and Duties

*Prepare and cook menu items to the restaurant’s specifications *Present dishes with consistent taste, appearance, and quality *Oversee daily prep and operations of your assigned station (e.g., grill, fish, pastry, or sauce) *Ensure dishes are served promptly and efficiently during service hours *Keep your workstation neat, sanitized, and well-organized at all times *Collaborate with fellow chefs and kitchen staff to maintain a smooth workflow *Mentor junior cooks and assist in their development *Check stock levels, monitor ingredient freshness, and request supplies when needed *Help reduce food waste and maintain cost efficiency *Follow strict hygiene, health, and food safety standards at all times *Participate in testing and developing new dishes when menu updates are in progress

Qualifications and Requirements

*Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar kitchen or catering environment *Passionate about cooking and eager to grow your culinary skills *Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt *Able to multitask and handle pressure during busy hours *Comfortable with extended work hours, including weekends and public holidays
