Responsibilities and Duties

* Directly manage the entire food crafting process, including all related kitchen tasks. * Strategically source and order necessary supplies and tools, addressing any potential shortfalls proactively. * Ensure a spotless and well-organized kitchen environment, with all equipment properly cleaned and stocked. * Strictly adhere to all health and safety regulations. * Regularly track and manage the stock of frequently used ingredients and supplies. * Coordinate any needed equipment repairs to maintain smooth kitchen operations. * Accurately maintain employee timekeeping and compensation records. * Complete any additional tasks as directed by the management team. * Promote a positive and respectful atmosphere among all kitchen staff. * Supervise and guide the work of kitchen team members. * Handle all aspects of kitchen staff acquisition, management, and training. * Evaluate and manage staff workload and compensation.

Qualifications and Requirements
