The position also involves assisting with management operations, administrative tasks, interdepartmental coordination, and contributing to the development of organizational policies and procedures. Responsibilities and Duties

* Influence business unit leadership by providing insightful analysis and feasible recommendations to support strategic decision-making. * Provide key analysis of strategic concepts and underlying financial assumptions, offering practical recommendations. * Support management operations by assisting with administrative and clerical duties and coordinating with other departments to provide project support, contributing to the organization's objectives and profitability goals. * Contribute to the development of policies and procedures designed to enhance control and accountability across departmental functions. * Communicate effectively, maintain strong organizational skills, and manage time efficiently to perform duties effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Active participation in the strategic planning process, including the development and execution of business campaigns. * Developed negotiation and presentation skills to communicate clearly and effectively. * Understanding of audience engagement principles and other business support functions. * Ability to identify key stakeholder relationships, needs, and interests and coordinate with stakeholders on a day-to-day basis. * Ability to gather feedback from various sources and understand and present the advantages and disadvantages of different communication methods. * Ability to develop organizational business campaigns and improve campaign awareness and visibility.
