Responsibilities and Duties

- Adhere to hygiene and safety SOPs at all times. - Assist in daily kitchen operations as directed by the chef. - Support team members and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen. - Perform basic food preparation and handling tasks.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Japanese cuisine. - Possess Basic Food Hygiene Certification. - Team player with strong multitasking ability. - Able to work weekends and public holidays. - Strong communication skills in both Mandarin and English. - Fast-paced kitchen setting focused on Japanese cuisine. - Collaboration-oriented and hygiene-driven team culture.
