Hotel Guest Service Agent

Description

We are seeking a Guest Services Agent to provide exceptional assistance with guest check-ins, check-outs, and general inquiries to ensure a seamless experience. This role involves handling payments, documentation, and phone assistance while delivering high-quality service. Candidates with at least 1 year of hospitality experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, with knowledge of Opera PMS preferred.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Greet and assist guests throughout the check-in and check-out process, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. * Accurately handle payment transactions and maintain detailed documentation to support efficient and secure operations. * Respond to guest inquiries and requests with prompt, personalized assistance to enhance overall satisfaction and comfort. * Answer incoming calls professionally, addressing all inquiries or redirecting them to the appropriate department as needed. * Perform any additional tasks assigned to support team operations and maintain a high standard of guest service.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents only. * A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is required. * Candidates should possess at least a GCE ‘O’ Level qualification or its equivalent. * Familiarity with Opera Property Management System (PMS) is preferred, as it will be advantageous in daily operations. * Strong communication skills, both written and spoken, are essential for this role. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required to efficiently handle administrative tasks. * Position requires a 5-day work week on a rotating shift basis, with flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays as needed.
