Restaurant Captain

Description

Assist in daily restaurant operations by providing excellent food and beverage service, supporting the team, and ensuring guests have a positive dining experience. EA License Number: 22C1267 EA Personnel: R22110252

Responsibilities and Duties

- Demonstrate good knowledge of menu items and presentation standards - Answer guest questions regarding menu and assist with selections - Apply proper service techniques when serving food and beverages - Collaborate with fellow staff and manager to ensure smooth restaurant operations - Perform any other food and beverage service duties assigned by the manager

Qualifications and Requirements

- Familiarity with Point-of-Sale (POS) systems - Minimum 1 year of F&B experience - Prior experience as a Captain or in a similar role preferred - Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and overtime as needed - Excellent guest service skills - Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards
