Responsibilities and Duties

- Manage, set up, and stock kitchen stations. - Prepare mise-en-place and ensure ingredient quality. - Monitor and order kitchen inventory as needed. - Uphold strict hygiene and safety standards. - Assist in grilling yakitori skewers to perfection, ensuring proper doneness and timing. - Manage and restock kitchen ingredients while maintaining freshness.

Qualifications and Requirements

- 1 year of relevant kitchen experience preferred. - Strong interest in Japanese cuisine and the culinary arts. - Team player who enjoys collaboration and communication across departments. - Passionate about providing excellent guest experiences. - Prior experience in Japanese yakitori preparation is a plus. - Fast-paced and team-oriented kitchen environment. - Exposure to Japanese omakase and yakitori cooking techniques.
