Responsibilities and Duties

- Manage staffing, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation to maximize productivity. - Develop and manage budgets, authorize expenditures, and control costs to meet financial objectives. - Create and execute marketing and sales strategies to increase revenue and market share. - Determine product selections, manage stock levels, and oversee logistics and storage of goods. - Conduct market research to analyze consumer demand, sales volumes, and competitor activities. - Manage supplier and customer relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure satisfaction and retention.
