Executive / Senior Executive

Description

This role focuses on managing daily order processing, preparing shipping documentation, handling customer complaints, tracking returns, managing overdue payments, and overseeing stock reconciliation. The position also involves general clerical duties and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Strong communication, organizational, and numerical skills are essential for this role.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Communicate with the Quality Assurance department regarding customer specifications. * Coordinate with production facility planners regarding customer orders and delivery schedules. * Communicate and coordinate with customers, branch customer service, and sales teams. * Perform daily order entries. * Coordinate with delivery drivers and freight forwarders regarding delivery and shipping logistics. * Liaise with production facility packing personnel regarding daily shipments. * Arrange transportation and prepare necessary shipping documents. * Coordinate with customers regarding issues with rejected goods. * Prepare customer complaint forms and arrange for replacements or refunds. * Follow up with customers regarding the return of specific packaging items. * Monitor and follow up on monthly overdue payments. * Monitor and control stock retention periods and conduct month-end stock reconciliation. * Coordinate between different organizational branches on credit applications and renewals. * Perform general clerical duties, including electronic filing and compiling reports as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Effective interpersonal communication and teamwork skills. * Proficiency in basic mathematics and price calculations. * Ability to communicate in Mandarin for effective interaction with production facilities.
