We are hiring Kitchen Crew / Cooks to join Japanese restaurants across Singapore. No prior experience is required as full training will be provided. Responsibilities and Duties

* Assist in food preparation and cooking under the supervision of the Head Chef * Wash, cut, and prepare ingredients for service * Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, utensils, and equipment * Assist in plating and presentation of dishes according to standards * Handle basic cooking tasks such as grilling, frying, or assembling sushi (depending on assignment) * Follow strict food safety and hygiene regulations * Stock and organize kitchen supplies to ensure ingredient freshness * Work closely with service staff to ensure smooth and timely operations * Carry out other kitchen-related duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements

* No prior experience required – training provided * Passion for food and strong interest in Japanese cuisine * Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment * Good teamwork and communication skills * Willingness to follow instructions and maintain hygiene standards * Comfortable working with heat, knives, and kitchen equipment
