Kitchen Assistant

We’re looking for a proactive and dependable Kitchen Support Assistant to work closely with our culinary team. In this role, you’ll assist with ingredient preparation, basic cooking tasks, and maintaining overall cleanliness in the kitchen. Ideal for someone who enjoys working in a team-oriented environment and is eager to learn and contribute to smooth kitchen operations.

Responsibilities and Duties

*Assist in prepping ingredients, including washing, peeling, and cutting fruits, vegetables, meat, and poultry *Stir, reheat, or warm sauces and soups as directed *Clean, sanitize, and properly store kitchen tools, cookware, and equipment *Keep food items properly labeled and stored in the kitchen, walk-in chillers, and storerooms *Perform any other kitchen-related tasks or duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements

*Willing and able to work split shifts, including weekends and public holidays *Must be self-motivated, diligent, and eager to learn *A positive attitude and a strong team spirit are essential *Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others
