Responsibilities and Duties

* Greet and welcome customers, managing table reservations and seating arrangements. * Address customer feedback and inquiries promptly and professionally. * Create and manage staff duty rosters, ensuring adequate coverage. * Maintain the restaurant's appearance, cleanliness, and setup to high standards. * Attend relevant meetings and briefings as required. * Facilitate clear and effective communication across all team levels. * Provide training and coaching to staff, ensuring adherence to established procedures. * Handle any additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Relevant experience in a customer-facing role within the hospitality industry is preferred. * Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities. * Availability to work weekends, shifts, and public holidays. * Singaporean candidates are welcome. * Work locations are islandwide.
