MARKETING ASSISTANT MANAGER

Description

Our organization seeks a motivated Marketing Assistant to collaborate closely with the marketing team in developing and implementing marketing strategies for our brands. The successful candidate will contribute to identifying marketing trends and growth opportunities, creating marketing content, delivering presentations, and providing administrative support to the marketing and sales teams.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Collaborate with the marketing manager, internal teams, clients, and partners on marketing strategy development. * Assist in identifying emerging marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation. * Learn and utilize various digital marketing software tools. * Work closely with the sales and marketing departments to ensure alignment. * Create marketing materials such as white papers, case studies, and presentations. * Deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders. * Maintain and update a marketing database. * Provide administrative support to the marketing and sales teams. * Prepare, format, and edit a range of documents. * Develop a strong understanding of the organization's products and brand. * Perform general office duties. * Create and interpret various reports. * Organize and conduct market research activities. * Analyze questionnaires and other forms of customer feedback. * Manage and update social media accounts. * Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field. * Prior experience in administration, sales, or marketing support roles. * Effective written and verbal communication skills. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. * Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. * Proficiency in using computers for various tasks. * Competency in standard office software applications. * Strong organizational skills. * Relevant job or internship experience. * Experience in digital marketing. * Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage deadlines. * Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, holidays, and weekends as needed.
