Marketing Executive

Description

We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to manage and execute marketing campaigns that promote our agency’s services. The role involves planning and monitoring social media content, driving lead generation efforts, and engaging with customers to understand their needs. You will also contribute to brand promotion, collaborate on advertising materials, conduct market research, and identify growth opportunities. Additionally, you will work on partnerships and represent the agency at events such as job fairs and workshops to expand our reach and enhance our reputation.

Responsibilities and Duties

Marketing Campaigns: Plan, implement, and track marketing campaigns to promote the agency's services. Social Media Management: Develop and manage content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to engage with customers. Lead Generation: Identify and attract potential customers through both online and offline marketing strategies. Customer Engagement: Engage with employers to understand their needs and offer personalized services. Brand Promotion: Create strategies to improve the agency’s brand image and increase visibility. Advertising: Collaborate with designers or vendors to create marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and advertisements. Market Research: Analyze industry trends and customer feedback to uncover opportunities for growth and improvement. Collaborations: Establish partnerships with relevant organizations or platforms to broaden outreach. Events: Organize or participate in job fairs, workshops, and other events to promote the agency.

Qualifications and Requirements

Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Experience in marketing, ideally within the maid or service agency industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms. Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
