This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and play a key role in shaping the company's strategy for the Asia Pacific (APAC) region. As a Vice President in FICC Market Structure & Liquidity Strategy, you will be responsible for driving client engagement, developing thought leadership content, and staying ahead of emerging market structure trends in the APAC region.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Monitor and analyze regulatory and market structure developments in the fixed income, currency, and commodities (FICC) markets. * Develop insightful reports, podcasts, and other content summarizing regulatory and execution trends. * Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including asset managers, hedge funds, and institutional investors. * Proactively gather intelligence and identify new opportunities by communicating with industry participants. * Track client activities and ensure client engagement aligns with the company's commercial objectives. * Collaborate with internal teams to leverage market structure insights for product development and improvement. * Develop and advocate for the company's positions on regulatory proposals related to FICC market structure. * Participate in internal working groups and external industry associations to stay abreast of industry developments. * Travel occasionally to meet with clients and industry stakeholders.

Qualifications and Requirements

* At least 5 years of experience in financial markets, particularly in a sales, product, or trading role within the fixed income sector. * Strong understanding of FICC markets, fixed income trading, and global market dynamics. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information effectively. * Proven ability to identify key issues for clients and produce high-quality content such as reports and podcasts. * Familiarity with regulations and market access developments in the APAC region. * Understanding of electronic trading and global market dynamics. * Ability to work collaboratively with internal sales and coverage teams. * Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to generate new client meetings and content ideas. * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance or economics.
