We are seeking passionate and dedicated individuals with F&B experience to play a key role in overseeing the service operations of our diverse restaurant group. You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and exceptional dining experience for our guests, from welcoming them at the door to addressing their needs throughout their visit. This role requires a proactive approach, strong leadership skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international team environment.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Oversee the overall service delivery within the restaurant. * Manage the smooth operation of the restaurant during opening and closing shifts. * Address guest complaints and feedback effectively to ensure satisfaction and drive continuous improvement in food and service quality. * Provide coaching and feedback to staff members to enhance their performance. * Monitor and maintain the operational systems of the restaurant. * Ensure that food quality and hygiene standards are consistently upheld. * Greet guests, coordinate their seating arrangements, and assign tables appropriately based on group size. * Recognize regular guests, communicate their preferences to the Chef, and personalize their dining experience. * Ensure that guest requests are handled promptly and efficiently. * Record and immediately report any food-related complaints to the Chef. * Conduct team briefings before each service period to ensure clear communication and preparedness. * Monitor and maintain the operational systems of the restaurant. * Ensure that all bills are properly closed and that all voids are accounted for. * Promote the restaurant by cultivating a loyal customer base, maintaining a regular customer database, and providing personalized service. * Handle emergency situations and address difficult guest interactions effectively. * Adjust checks or bills as needed to accommodate modifications. * Ensure that all staff members in their assigned sections are knowledgeable about the menu, including specials, and are well-groomed, properly attired, and efficient. * Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, upkeep of furnishings and equipment, and proper setup of the restaurant and related areas. * Participate in monthly physical stock takes of the restaurant's inventory, including glassware, plates, and crockery. * Develop and implement service-related training programs for staff. * Perform other miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
