Description
As a Guest Service Officer (Telephone Operator), you will be responsible for delivering exceptional and consistent service to all customers. This role involves handling both internal and external calls, efficiently addressing and resolving any issues, and accurately directing guest requests to the appropriate departments. Your attention to detail and responsiveness will help ensure a smooth communication experience for guests and contribute to their overall satisfaction.
Responsibilities and Duties
* Minimum qualification of G.C.E. "O" levels; candidates with a Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Tourism Management, or a related field are preferred. * At least 6 months of experience in hotel operations. * Strong customer relations, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency in spoken Chinese to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking guests. * Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Qualifications and Requirements
Minimum G.C.E. "O" Level qualification; a Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Tourism Management, or a related field is an advantage. At least 6 months of experience in hotel operations, with a customer-focused approach. Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
