## Job Description: HR Business Partner (Commodities Industry) This senior leadership role plays a strategic role in shaping the company's human resources strategy and driving business growth. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR, from talent acquisition and employee development to employee relations and compliance.

Responsibilities and Duties

* Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the company's overall business goals. * Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. * Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. * Ensure the team effectively delivers on HR initiatives and priorities. * Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent in the commodities industry. * Develop and manage employee development programs to enhance employee skills and support career growth. * Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment that promotes employee well-being and satisfaction. * Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the organization. * Manage payroll, benefits, and HR information systems to ensure efficient and compliant operations. * Lead and manage organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and maintaining employee engagement throughout the process. * Proactively manage HR-related risks and ensure adherence to all local labor laws and regulations. * Leverage data to inform HR decisions, track progress on key metrics, and provide valuable insights to leadership through reports and dashboards. * Build strong relationships with business leaders across the organization. * Partner with stakeholders to align HR initiatives with business objectives and support overall growth strategies.

Qualifications and Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field. * Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within the commodities industry. * Prior experience leading and managing an HR team. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels. * Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies. * In-depth knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations. * Proficiency in HR information systems and MS Office Suite. * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * A passion for building a positive and inclusive work environment.
